Spring Plantings and Yard Clean-up

Our seasonal maintenance package includes the following:

We will come to your home weekly, bi-weekly or once a month to do the below maintenance list.
Services start in April and end in November. You can start at any time during the program.
June - July - August we come out at least twice a month.

• Pull Weeds
• Mulch
• Dead Head/ Pinch flowering shrubs
• Trim Small Trees, hedges, and shrubs
• Apply fertilizers (fertilizers to be supplied by owner)
• Remove debris from larger trees
• Control joints in cement and in between paver bricks (chemicals to be supplied by owner)
• Repair/replace bulbs in landscape lighting (bulbs at owners expense)
  
  In addition to the above list we also do fall and spring clean ups which include all of the above and:
  
  Spring Clean up
• all the above
• Leaf removal (we bag and set street side for community pick up)
• Re-edge all beds where necessary
• Install new mulch and seasonal annuals (mulch and flowers are at a discounted price as a seasonal customer)
  
  Fall Clean up
• all the above
  
• Leaf removal (we bag and set street side for community pick up)
• Remove seasonal annual cellulose.
• Install bulbs for spring (at a discounted price as a seasonal customer
  

Seasonal Maintenance packages are priced according to each individual home and are to be paid for in full for the season the first month services begins.
